  13. ● Manage UGC unassigned grants, including seminar/conference organization, publications, travel grants, guest lectures, and R&D initiatives.
  14. ● Forward faculty applications for Orientation/Refresher Courses to competent authorities.
  15. ● Process proposals for staff and resource enhancement (books, equipment, furniture) for University Teaching Departments.
  16. ● Handle matters related to equivalence and recognition of courses, including UGC vocational programs.
  17. ● Execute additional academic duties assigned by the Vice-Chancellor in the interest of the University.
